Any figures on the Site are illustrative examples, not quotes or commitments. When you submit a form on the Site, you authorize us and the providers matched to your request to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, as described in our Consent to Contact & TCPA Disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We are compensated by the providers featured on the Site and by advertising partners. Compensation may affect which providers appear, where they appear, and how they are described. See our Advertiser Disclosure.
Your dealings with any provider — including the delivery of products or services, payment terms, and any other terms or representations — are solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any provider. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and its content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by HomeBillCutter or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HomeBillCutter AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeBillCutter and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HomeBillCutter is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
